Policies

Basic policies are enumerated here but we highly recommend parents read the full policy document that was located in your orientation packet. Feel free to ask any questions if you need clarification on any of our policies as they are designed to create an efficient, well-run program. Our annual registration fee is $40 due upon registration for the school year, and is valid for that school year regardless of when registration occurs. This fee is non-refundable. Tuition is due and payable one week in advance of the 11-week installment period. A $10 late fee will be assessed after the due date. The single class rate will not be accepted for children's classes. We do not have free trial classes or drop-in classes. Any single class taken for children requires a reservation and is $20. Adult singles classes requires a $17 payment. Make-up classes must be taken during the season in which they are missed. There is no prorating for missed classes. There are no refunds. Refunds will not be made for involvement with sports teams, school plays, personal vacations, family visits, expected childhood illnesses, or loss of interest. There is a fee of $20 for any checks returned or resubmitted for insufficient funds. Observation Day is the first day of each trimester. Children must be picked up promptly at the end of each class. Registration may be discontinued for students with behavioral problems. Dress Code for Children and Teens The dress code applies to all students enrolled in Pre-ballet, Ballet, Tap, Jazz, or Creative Dance. Please call us or refer to your parent's packet if you have any questions. We also have a PDF chart available that maps it out. Holidays Depending on the holiday week, there are sometimes rehearsals but not classes. Please refer to the annual calendar for up-to-date information. Please make up any missed classes due to holidays during the session in which they are missed.
